Forward deployed engineering is how Ultimate moves AI from a promising demo into something that actually runs the business. Our engineers embed inside customer environments and own the outcome end-to-end.
Instead of handing over a generic product, we design bespoke systems that respect the constraints that matter—security posture, permissions, compliance regimes, operational guardrails, and the legacy systems already in place. Those aren't edge cases. They're the work.

What started as a focused pilot for service agents grew into a platform now used by tens of thousands of employees across multiple regions, with AI woven into the everyday workflows that move the bank.
